The Role
As a Business Intelligence & Data Research Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by ensuring our prospect database remains accurate, up-to-date, and commercially valuable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching businesses across various industries.
- Verifying company information through websites, online directories, and public sources.
- Confirming decision-maker details, contact names, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
- Identifying and categorising business sectors and target markets.
- Data cleansing and maintaining CRM accuracy.
- Conducting approximately 50 outbound verification calls per day.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Identifying potential sales opportunities and passing qualified leads to the sales team.
- Supporting marketing campaigns through accurate audience targeting.
