Read on for a quick guide explaining how to reset your password in the iPECS Cloud Portal.
First, navigate to the iPECS Cloud Portal and log in with your Manager’s credentials.
Next, select ‘user setup’ from the user menu on the left of the screen.
Then, select the user you wish to change the password for and click ‘modify’. Then, scroll down and enter a new password into the password field, which must be between 8-15 characters long.
Retype the password into the confirm password field. The new password will give the user access to the cloud portal, UCE application and audio conference bridge.
To update, scroll to the bottom and click ‘save’.
