These instructions will show you how to place a call on hold using iPECS UCE software on an Android device.

To begin, open the UCE app and log in. 

Select the ‘call’ icon from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. As you type a number, matching contacts will show up from your iPECS Cloud Directory. Don’t worry if no contacts match – you can still place a call as normal.

Once in the call:

Press the speaker button to put your call on the loudspeaker.

Press the mute button to prevent the other party from hearing your end of the line.

The hold button will prevent either party from hearing each other.
